Naya Koutsompina

Naya Koutsombina was born in 1981 in Athens and from a very young age she captured the world around her in jewelry and artistic creations, exploring various techniques and materials, with a new, groundbreaking style and always different. 

Focusing with passion on knowledge, on discovering new ways, on the evolution of her technique, she completed her studies at the Mokume School "Handmade Jewelry", attended multiple seminars and follows all the developments of art.

She has participated in exhibitions in Greece and abroad. In 2002 she received an honorary distinction at the Biennale of Young Artists with her creation in Visual Jewelry. 

She taught young artists the magic of creation, both at the Mokume School and at the multi-space art workshops "Askardamykti", where she was a member of founding and educational team. 

Her jewelry has hosted many publications with special references (Vogue, 2board, Lifo, Athens Voice etc.), art venues and museums with many years of cooperation, such as the permanent presence of her creations at the Benaki Museum.
