*** Which document is the guarantee of my jewelry?

The retail sale receipt and the change card that you receive when buying a piece of jewelry from www.izima.gr or from our physical store is considered as the guarantee.
In order to repair or replace a piece of jewellery the demonstration of the guarantee is necessary as well as the demonstaration of the condition of the jewellery for technical inspection.

*** Is it possible to place an order with different shipping details and the order and payment details?

Yes. At the stage of sending and payment there is the field "Shipping address of the order same as above", you select it in order to fill in the information you wish your order to be sent.

*** My purchase concerns a gift can a change card be included and the receipt sent electronically to my email?

You must indicate this after selecting the payment method in the "Notes" field. All the jewels of izima.gr are accompanied by a Change Card. Make sure the email you have entered is valid and check your spam regularly.

*** Is there a special gift box?

The packaging that accompanies all the jewelry "Jewelry Box" is suitable for a gift.
For your best service, indicate in the "Notes" field that the jewelry is intended to be a gift present.
