ORDER PAYMENT

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

1. PAY ON DELIVERY

Full payment is made upon delivery of the order. In case of delivery of the products by a transport company, the payment will be made to the competent employee upon delivery of the order.

In the bank deposit you must enter as a reason the full name in which the order was made and the order number.
After depositing the amount of money, please contact the E-Shop Department by sending an e-mail to customercare@izima.gr to notify that your deposit has been made, or call at 0030 210 3636578

3.PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

During the checkout step "payment" – please select the option "card". 
We accept the following credit cards and debit cards:
VISA – MAESTRO – MASTERCARD all systemic banks except American Express.
An extra charge may apply based on the card provider that you might use for your order. This fee will be applied to the total price as soon as the card number is entered.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

At the moment the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for both available items and for Pre-Order items, which will be shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives.
The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.

4. PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD/PROMOTION CODE

Sing in to My Account and submit your Gift Card code/promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance on your Gift Card or the amount from the promotion, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the balance on your Gift Card or the amount from the promotion exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining will be available until your credit balance has been used up completely.

PICK-UP FROM THE STORE

www.izima.gr allows you to receive the item you have purchased from the physical store on 06 Ippokratous Street, 10679 Athens, with proof of your online payment.
