RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your purchase was not quite what you’re looking for just send your order for a refund and purchase a new item separately.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • You have 14 calendar days, from the receipt, you have the right to withdraw from the relevant contract and to return an item for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging that you received it including all tags and warranties

Return a damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 48 hours from delivery. www.izima.gr will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy but we monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Continued returns may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your www.izima.gr account or future orders being refused.

Late Returns:

  • Returns outside of the 14 days period may be accepted at the discretion of  www.izima.gr
  • All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please have your order number available every time you contact Customer Care
  • Make sure you have read our Returns and Refund policy prior your purchase
  • Follow the return instructions
  • We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If otherwise decide to use any other secure means we may not accept liability.

Costs and Returns Process

Returning an item is free of charge and easy.
Just follow the following steps:

  • Sign in to your Account
  • Go to My Orders (Your account will only display orders eligible for returns).
  • Select the orders or the items you wish to return/exchange, chose the reason for return and finally submit your return request form.
  • Check the box that you agree with our Return and Exchange Policy
  • We will provide you via e-mail a Return Number and Instructions.
  • Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.

Schedule the time of receipt of the returned product

We are using ELTA COURIER - PORTA-PORTA. To return a product to us, call with our charge at 11120 or 0030 210 6073000.

Prepare your package for return.

  • Place the item in the original packaging and seal it securely
  • Attach the return label (shipping waybill)
  • Keep the Courier receipt until the parcel arrives back to us
  • Please have your order number available every time you contact our Customer Care team.
  • Make sure you have read our Returns and Refund policy prior your purchase

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Soon after we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the full purchase price (shipping excluded) to your credit card or through your original method of payment
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, (typically, within 8-10 business days from the day depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • You can check the status of your return within the My Orders History

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
