Mi Madas ti Margarita

Margarita Tzimika and Margarita Tsioumaka first met in 1999, when they started studying Geology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and met again in 2004, when they decided to learn the art of silver and goldsmithing.

Since then they share their passion for jewelry, from design and construction to the joy of wearing them and seeing them be worn.

In 2011 they decided that they no longer need to wonder "he loves me, he does not love me" and created "Mi Madas ti Margarita", a workshop for designing and making jewelry from silver, gold, precious - semi-precious stones and enamel. Working side by side, through classic silversmithing techniques, they transform raw precious metals into modern jewelry that is intended to be worn and loved.

The biggest challenge for the two Margaritas is the co-existence of light design and perfection of construction. They like to learn something new every day and they believe that beauty is found in simplicity.
