Potnia

Behind the Potnia brand are Vasiliki Gava and Miltiadis Tymbios. They have studied architecture and silversmithing and they love art, history and archeology. They started designing jewelry in 2009 and opened their workshop in 2012. Since then they make jewelry with love and passion for design. They are based in Athens, where they were born and raised. They have a guide to the art and culture of Greece. They create designs that aim to adorn humans and to highlight their grace and beauty.

The word Potnia, which they chose for the name of their laboratory, is ancient Greek and means female-dominant. This word expresses the idea of a woman who, through her choices, defines herself and expresses her personality.
